Forget Boracay , Panglao and Palawan they are to much people and expensive and you cannot relax plus you will spend airfare and hotel !!!
The house is build in Orignal Bamaboo house Native design and it is about 200 m away from our private beach .
the water is crystal Clear and on low tide you can walk and see the living corals and fish can go snorkling i do have a rubber boat if you want to go to different island and go island hopping
Fishing gear for trout fishing and fishing traps which you can use.
The house is fully furnished with refrigrator , TV, karaoke, Cable TV , 3 full bed room , kitchen gas stoves and a care taker that will serve you your needs you can order lechon or roast pig , it is only 4 Km to the nearest town Lian and 10 Km from Nasugbu 4 Km from Matubungkay
the way to go is an aventure for there is a portion of rough road about 100 m and forest area alot of green scenery mountain on the back side so you wont immagine that such a place exist near Manila.
If you plan to go we suggest go in the morning have a breakfast in Tagayatay see the famous Taal Volcano scenery enjoy the cool weather there and drive another 30 Km and hit the beach.

It is beautiful Beach House in the area it is Not a Resort !!!
Resort are for tourist and foreigners if they come things become expensive and crowded
like a zoo... just like Bali, Phuket , and Boracay to crowded...
there are not much tourist arround !!! you are the tourist and it private and secluded
